1. Information We Collect

• Account & Authorization: OAuth 2.0 authorization data (e.g., tokens) necessary to access Amazon SP‑API on your behalf.
• Amazon SP‑API Data: Orders, inventory, returns/reimbursements and related business data within granted scopes.
• Usage Logs: Basic service usage logs (login time, pages viewed, error logs).
• Support Info: Information you provide in inquiries or feedback.

2. Purposes of Use

• Service Delivery: Cash‑flow views, inventory/returns tracking, reporting and related features.
• Security & Authentication: OAuth 2.0 access to SP‑API; fraud/abuse prevention; service integrity.
• Support & Improvement: Responding to inquiries; debugging; improving features and performance.
• Legal Compliance: Meeting legal/regulatory obligations.

• 認証・セキュリティ： OAuth 2.0 による SP‑API アクセス、不正防止、サービス保全。

3. Data Sources & External Services

• Amazon SP‑API Only: We obtain Amazon data only via SP‑API with your explicit OAuth 2.0 consent. We do not scrape Amazon websites nor use non‑Amazon data services for Amazon information.
• Hosting/Infrastructure: We use reputable infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting) to operate the Service; data is used strictly to run the Service.

3. データ取得源・外部サービス（日本語）

• Amazon SP‑API のみ： お客様の OAuth 2.0 同意に基づき SP‑API 経由でのみ Amazon データを取得します。Amazon サイトのスクレイピングや、Amazon 情報の外部データサービス利用は行いません。
• ホスティング等： 信頼できるインフラ事業者をサービス運用目的に限って利用します。

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We do not disclose Amazon information to third parties except: (i) to operate the Service (e.g., hosting providers); (ii) when required by law; or (iii) with your explicit direction. Any sharing is limited to the minimum necessary and governed by appropriate agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion where applicable.

上記目的の達成または法的義務の範囲で必要な期間のみ保存し、不要となった情報は削除または匿名化します。 適用範囲で削除のご依頼も可能です。

6. Security

• Transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and standard security headers.
• Least‑privilege access to SP‑API via OAuth 2.0 scopes.
• Regular patching and vulnerability management on a reasonable basis.
