These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Garasubari (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Garasubari（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。お客様は本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the operator regarding the Service.
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関するお客様と運営者との一切の関係に適用されます。

2. Service Description / サービス内容

The Service provides features for Amazon FBA sellers, including income/expense tracking, inventory and returns management, and related analytics.
本サービスは、Amazon FBAセラー向けに、収支管理、在庫・返品管理、関連分析機能等を提供します。

Amazon affiliation disclaimer: Garasubari is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
Amazon に関する注意： Garasubari は独立したサービスであり、Amazon による提携・後援・保証を受けるものではありません。

3. Registration / 利用登録

Registration is required. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
本サービスの利用には登録が必要です。正確な情報を提供し、最新の状態に保つものとします。

4. Account Security / アカウント管理

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We are not liable for losses arising from improper management of IDs or passwords.
お客様は、ID・パスワード等の管理責任を負います。当社は管理不備による損害につき責任を負いません。

5. Prohibited Conduct / 禁止事項

  • Violations of laws or public order / 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • Infringement of third-party rights / 第三者の権利侵害
  • Unauthorized access or attacks / 不正アクセスや攻撃
  • Service disruption / 本サービスの運営妨害
  • Improper use of data obtained via Amazon / Amazon から取得したデータの不正利用
  • SP‑API compliance: Access to Amazon data must be obtained via authorized OAuth 2.0 and SP‑API only. No scraping or bypassing of Amazon policies is allowed.
    SP‑API遵守： Amazon データへのアクセスは、正規の OAuth2.0 および SP‑API を通じてのみ行います。スクレイピングやポリシー迂回は禁止します。

6. Fees / 利用料金

Fees (if any) and payment methods are posted on the Pricing page and may be revised with notice.
料金および支払方法は「Pricing」ページに掲示し、通知のうえ改定する場合があります。

7. Third‑Party Services / 第三者サービス

We may use third‑party infrastructure or analytics solely to operate and improve the Service. Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
本サービスの運用・改善のため、第三者インフラ等を利用する場合があります。個人情報の取扱いは プライバシーポリシー に従います。

8. Suspension / Termination / 提供の中断・終了

We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, force majeure, or other operational reasons.
保守、不可抗力、運用上の理由等により、本サービスの全部または一部を中断・終了することがあります。

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction / 準拠法・管轄

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court having jurisdiction over our location.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争は当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
